Rain Rain Rain...Don't need to go away....becos I have a big Umbrella!

Recently been raining, and the rain was really really heavy. As usual, I used my umbrella on the day before and will always 'air dry' in the balcony once reached home.

However, the next morning, it was raining, again. That is due to raining season....
So, I took my umbrella which I have left it in my house's balcony and closed it in order to bring it out of the house to use it.

Unknowingly that the poor umbrella was spoilt, yet, happily used it and walked all the way to the MRT station. When I was about to keep the umbrella, then I realised that it was damaged!!! Blur me!!

So in the afternoon, during lunch, I went to purchase a new one in order to replace the damaged umbrella.

Again....blur blur me.....I took one of the umbrella from the shelf which is near to the counter, walked to the q and waited to make the payment for my new umbrella....Not knowing that it was a big one, and happily paid for it and went back to my office.

When back in the office, I took my old umbrella and was about to throw it into the rubbish bin, I then realised one thing... I took out the new one and compared with my old damaged umbrella, and there I found out that it's bigger than my old one. Opened it and then " wah lah!!! what a big umbrella!!"....

And then that very night, I was suppose to meet my gal friend for dinner and a singing session. So I went to her office and waited for her there. We left her office at about 8pm, when she saw me opening my new umbrella, she kept quiet for a while, and trying very hard not to laugh at it. After a short while she commented, "wah...your umbrella is big." I said to her : "yah, I know, you can share the umbrella with me instead of using yours." , and then she said, "no thanks, I preferred mine."

After the dinner, she really can't bare with it. Once again, when she sees my big umbrella, she laughed and commented that the umbrella was really big and laughed.

Well, the good things are, carrying a big umbrella with you and sure garanteed that you will not get wet that easily, and the best part is, you get to share with someone (like your friends or love ones) and both feel more comfortable in order to squeezzeeeee with each other and still gets wet. Don't you agree with me?? ha ha ha....

Little Gal's Memory
One day, after a day's of work, I went to one of the cross-stitch shop which is around my work place to look for something that I like, cross-stitch books. I must say that, when I first saw this cross-stitch diagram, I was over joyed and over excited about it. I quickly asked the salesgirl if they have a book of this diagram.
After checking the stock, she passed me a new book. I was really happy about it and bought it on the spot.
Ever since I lost the water bottle (with this picture printed it), I misses it very much. And I have been thinking about it ever since.
On that very night, I took out all my sewing kits, and started to work on it by choosing the
threads that I need and cut out a piece of cloth for the sewing. This has took me aproximately 2 weeks plus to complete the whole picture.
Once I have completed it, I was really happy to have it with me now. It simply brings back some of the old memories that I had for the past. The memory of joy when I received the water bottle from my mum. It's the kind of love that my mum has for me,by encouraging me to drink more water in order to not to fall sick easily.
I believe everyone has something(s) that will help them to bring back the good old memories. You will feel happy, comfort and the warmness in your heart when you look at your 'treasure'.
Even if you have already lost it, somewhere in your memory is still "keeping it" and helping you to recall the joyful moments of your life. You may not have it though, it doesn't mean that you have lost the happiness too.
Perhaps, you'll find it again, just like me, found your 'treasure' in a different form/ways.

Thinking of Someone You Love ???

Do you ever have this feeling? when you're working on something and someone just 'Pops' into your mind without even asking for your 'permission for the entry'.

Sometimes, it's hard to tell the person that you love him/her. You may simply choose to ignore that kind of feelings until your very intimate friend --- subconcious mind has to take the 'initiative' to remind you of this someone.

If this person happens to be your family member, it's simple, just have a good meal with them, spent some quality time with them. You will see the difference of them being truly happy.

If the person is your friend, call him/her to say "Hi" and perhaps ask him/her out for a dinner or perhaps to have a cup of coffee with him/her.

Do not wait till, something happen to this person and later you will regret it for not being able to spent some quality time with him/her.

Life is such that we should treasure our love ones.

So next time, when you think of this someone, take the first step and say 'Hi' to him/her, and most importantly, spent some quality time with them.
